Fun Lands

To start earning passive income players can become owners of the land by minting or buying it on the Secondary Market. Each Gotchi can earn by visiting land which has the property on it. Earned tokens are split between the player(85%) and the land owner(15%). This created land highly desired NFT bringing not only appreciating cost but also passive income. Fun Land's supply is limited to 3500 NFTs.

Fun Land Attributes

1. Rarity Rarity plays role in $GOTCHI earnings. Having a higher Rarity will result in increased possible daily earnings, by having higher Energy capacity.

2. Energy Energy determines the maximum amount of times land can be visited. Energy is replenished in full within 24 hours.

3. Durability Durability affects how often land is to be repaired.

4. Property Properties affect the availability of land for a Gotchi visit. Each evolution stage requires its own property for a visit.
